Brock Lesnar new UFC heavyweight champion

Well after 4 professional MMA fights Brock Lesnar is the UFC Heavyweight Champ. The only reason he got this chance after having 3 fights is because of who he is. Anyone else would not have this opportunity. The main reason he wins is strictly because of his size. He still has a lot of training to do and widen his capabilities. When you struggle to make 265 lbs. and you are fighting guys around 220, you have quite the weight advantage. His one loss is because he was fighting a skilled opponent and got too cocky in there I think. Maybe the UFC will create a Super Heavyweight division and make the fights more even. Until then I think Lesnar will dominate the Heavyweight division.

The weekend is over!

Well it was fun while it lasted. We went to the mall, bestbuy and paid towards Hannah's Christmas on layaway. Visited my mom and dad today. My dad is going to finally get to retire. Della bought our Chihuahua a christmas hoodie and he looks like an elf in it lol. We got our Jack Russell Terrier a christmas collar with jingle bells on it and a rawhide bone twice his size. I was disappointed that LSU and the Saints lost, but USC won another one! Just 2 more weeks and I get to have my daughter for Thanksgiving. She is doing so good in kindergarten. I miss her alot when she isn't here. I am thankful to have Della to keep me sane :)

Mind Eraser!!

My girlfriend Della was watching Speeders fight back. A woman was in court to fight a speeding ticket. She said she was getting home before her mind got erased. She was referring to a drink called "Mind Eraser." You take a cup w ice and 2 oz Vodka, 2 oz Kahlua, and 2 oz club soda or tonic water. So tonight we went and bought all 3 things and make our first drink. After our first drink in 5 mins we started buzzing hard!! I had never had a drink kick in so fast. I wanted to blog about it before my mind got erased ;) You should try it!

I did it!!!

I casted my first vote today!!! Only took an hour and 15 minutes at Cope Middle School. I haven't been in there since I went there for 6, 7, and 8th grade! I voted for the 3 Johns lol. McCain, Kennedy and Fleming. Well anyway it was exciting and I'm glad I did it!

MMA!!!

Mixed Martial Arts!! I love it! I have followed it some back when Royce Gracie was fighting in the early days of UFC. Now the sport has blown up! I recently went to the Horseshoe for "Destruction at the Dome." They had a really good card. One fight featured a Shreveport PD Officer. He gave a new meaning to the word police brutality! lol My favorite MMA fighter is Frank Shamrock. He really gives a good show with his fights and knows how to work the crowd! My girlfriend hates him and says he is too cocky. So who is your favorite MMA fighter?

Well here it is, I finally made a blog. Everything in my head will be posted on here for everyone to read! It's the countdown to election day and I will be at the polls after 5pm tomorrow to place my vote for John McCain! I registered to vote when I was 18 but have not yet exercised that right until now (10 years later). I have not really been into politics until now. I feel like we have so much riding on this election. We have one candidate who has all these ties to questionable people and a questionable background. I will not vote for someone who will hand our country over to our enemies! Anyways that's all that I will start out with. Be sure to come back!
